Risk of loss shall transfer strictly in accordance with the agreed Incoterms® rule.
7. Refunds and Warranty
Refunds, returns, and warranty matters are governed exclusively by CITALY’s separate Refund Policy and Warranty Policy, as applicable.
In the event of any inconsistency, such policies shall prevail with respect to after-sales matters.
8. Intellectual Property
