Check if the coffee making component is fastened or screwed.
Check if the seal ring of the coffee making component is installed correctly, deforms or is lost, which will lead to the failure of sealing under high pressure status.

No, you cannot put the machines into dishwasher, and you don’t have to. All you need to clean is the capsule holder and the cap, rinse it with water and it’s done.
No and we don’t recommend it. You only put water in the water tank when you want to brew a coffee.
